CFD simulation with Ansys Fluent
Flow and thermal simulation for optimal performance. We model your system in Ansys Fluent, quantify what is actually happening inside it, and turn the results into concrete design changes, with deep expertise in heat transfer, phase change materials and thermodynamics.
- Internal and external flow analysis
- Conjugate heat transfer and cooling design
- Phase change material (PCM) and latent heat storage
- Heat exchanger and thermal system performance
- Mesh independence studies and validated reporting

Internal & external flow
Pressure drop, flow distribution, mixing, ducting and aerodynamic behaviour under realistic operating conditions.
Conjugate heat transfer
Coupled fluid and solid thermal analysis for electronics cooling, enclosures, motors and process equipment.
PCM & latent heat storage
Phase change material modelling for thermal buffering, peak load shaving and storage system design.
Performance optimisation
Parameter studies and design variants compared on the metrics that matter, efficiency, temperature, pressure drop.
Our simulation workflow
- 1Define the question: operating conditions, fluids, power inputs and the performance targets.
- 2Prepare geometry: CAD cleanup, fluid domain extraction, or full CAD modelling if none exists.
- 3Mesh and set up the case in Ansys Fluent, including turbulence, radiation and PCM models where relevant.
- 4Solve, check convergence and run mesh independence studies.
- 5Postprocess and report: fields, plots, quantified KPIs, and design recommendations.
- 6Iterate: adapt the CAD design and rerun to confirm the improvement.
