This notice informs you about the processing of your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect names, email addresses, optionally phone numbers and company names, optionally shipping addresses, and uploaded 3D files, in order to prepare and deliver 3D printing quotes and orders.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract or precontractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) as well as our legitimate interest in efficient communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data is stored only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and any statutory retention obligations. We use processors, for example for hosting and database services, under agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Data is transferred outside the EU / EEA only where appropriate safeguards under the GDPR are in place.

You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under the GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Cookies and consent

Strictly necessary cookies and local storage are used so the website works, for example for your language selection, the quote form and storing your cookie decision. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Statistics and marketing cookies from Google (Google Ads / Google Tag, provider Google Ireland Limited) are only set after your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Until then, all analytics and advertising purposes are disabled through Google Consent Mode. This may involve transfers to the USA based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU US Data Privacy Framework.
