Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between ThermoDesign Solutions and its customers.

Consumers within the EU generally have a right of withdrawal from the contract in accordance with applicable distance selling law, unless a statutory exception applies, for example for custom made goods.

Delivery times, shipping costs, payment terms as well as warranty and liability provisions are set out separately for consumers and business customers in Austria and the EU.

Warranty is governed by the applicable statutory provisions of Austrian consumer protection and civil law. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, insofar as legally permissible.

For disputes with consumers, the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available. Otherwise, Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
